At present, we are equipped with 40 high-precision CNC machining centers, including professional 3-axis, 4-axis and high-end 5-axis CNC machines, which are suitable for high-precision milling, drilling and complex contour processing. In addition, our production line is equipped with more than 50 Swiss-type lathes, over 20 laser cutting machines and 110+ P4 automatic lathes. The diversified and high-standard equipment configuration greatly improves our production flexibility, processing accuracy and production capacity, allowing us to undertake small-batch prototype customization and large-scale mass production orders efficiently.

Our testing equipment includes Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM), high-precision image measuring instruments, 2D & 2.5D dimensional testing devices, salt spray test machines, Rockwell & Vickers hardness testers, X-ray film thickness testers and other professional testing equipment. Every product will undergo strict dimensional inspection, performance testing and durability testing before delivery to achieve zero-defect quality output.
