Industrial spray and painting applies protective and decorative coatings. We offer powder coating (durable outdoor), wet painting (custom colors), and e-coat (uniform primer on complex parts). Free color sample panel for approval before production.
3-Step Color Matching Process
Three checkpoints that prevent 90% of color problems on production parts.
Reference Submission
Send RAL or Pantone number, physical sample (minimum 1 inch x 1 inch), or digital color. Physical samples are most accurate. Digital values (RGB, HEX, CMYK) are 60-80 percent accurate.
Formula and Sample Production
We formulate a custom paint recipe, spray a sample panel (4x6 inch), and let it cure. RAL standard: same-day. Custom: 3-5 business days. Sample fee 50-200 USD, refundable on production over 1,000 USD.
Approval and Production
You sign off on the sample panel (becomes the color reference). We lock the formula. All production parts measured against sample (Delta E less than 1.0, visually identical).

Most industrial applications. Give us the 4-digit RAL number and gloss level (matte, satin, semi-gloss, high gloss). No sample needed. Same-day sample available.

Brand-specific or custom shades. Send the RAL Design number or Pantone reference. We formulate and provide a sample for approval. 3-5 day sample lead time.
C
Metallic, pearlescent, textured, reflective finishes. 20-40% more expensive than solid colors due to material and application complexity. 3-5 day sample lead time.
